In Short

• Responsible for creating and maintaining knowledge materials for the team.
• Act as an escalation point for support teams managing requests from MSP customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer technical challenges using GCP technologies.
• Work closely with delivery teams and customer engineering teams.
• Help document and implement managed service processes aligned with technology stacks.
• Identify areas for service improvement across teams.
• Mentor colleagues to ensure smooth delivery across teams.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and propose new ones.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain data models for analytics.
• Monitor and maintain data infrastructure for performance.

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document processes and improve service delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
• Willingness to mentor and support team members.
• Experience with data infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.
• Ability to investigate and resolve data platform issues.
• Familiarity with best practices in data management.
