• Handle B2B customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in French and English.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service (CCE/CSE/CCA), or Helpdesk roles.
• Strong communication skills in French (mandatory) and English.
• Prior experience in B2B sales or the payments/fintech domain is preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
