BrSE / Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage communication and customer-facing responsibilities, acting as a vital bridge between clients and the product development team. This role is critical in optimizing product value and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests and relay them effectively to the development team.
• Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable product specifications for developers.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the development team, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
• Provide consultation to customers on product features and implementation solutions to maximize delivered value.
• Collaborate with customers to prioritize tasks and plan product releases.
• Accept deliverables from the development team and hand over final products to customers.
• Participate in risk management and monitor overall product progress.
• Join product review sessions and give constructive feedback to the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team workflows, communication, and operational processes.
• Propose resource adjustments when necessary to ensure product goals are achieved effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years in any of the following roles: BrSE (Bridge System Engineer), Business Analyst, or IT Communicator; Experience working with Japanese client is a must.
• Japanese language skills at JLPT N2 level or higher; Spoken English is a plus.
• Experience working on projects with teams of 5 or more members.
• Basic understanding of IT, business analysis, and project management.
• Strong product mindset with a focus on delivering customer value and improving user experience.
