Solution Architect - Integration Implementation - Remote

Overview

As a critical member of Professional Services, you will serve as an initial point of contact on critical, high visibility projects where you will use your in depth knowledge of QGenda’s integration capabilities and the industry to help customers accomplish their business objectives during the implementation phase of the customer journey.

In Short

• Serve as a technical advisor during customer integration projects.
• Document customer integration requirements and configuration design.
• Conduct intake for integration projects to assess customer readiness.
• Collaborate with various teams within QGenda.
• Perform initial quality control over implementations.
• Guide and mentor team members on best practices.
• Engage in pre-sales activities with customers.
• Refine existing standards based on quality control learnings.
• Manage project complexity and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in technical integration theory.
• Attention to detail in product setup and configuration.
• Leadership skills in developing best practices.
• Consultative approach with customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Proficiency in Google GSuite Products.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
