• Lead and grow Qdrant’s global Developer Relations strategy.
• Define and execute a long-term DevRel strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build and manage a high-performing Developer Relations team.
• Create and distribute high-quality technical content.
• Engage with the developer and AI/ML community at various events.
• Foster a vibrant and inclusive developer community.
• Define KPIs to measure DevRel impact.
• Track and analyze engagement data to optimize strategies.
• 5+ years of experience in Developer Relations or Engineering roles required.
• Remote-first, flexible working environment offered.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Experience, or Engineering roles, ideally with open-source and/or database products.
• Excellent public speaking and writing skills, with a strong technical portfolio.
• Deep understanding of vector search and machine learning workflows.
• Experience building and scaling developer communities globally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup and distributed environment.
