Overview

Qdrant is an open-source, high-performance vector database and similarity search engine, designed to power AI-driven applications. Our technology helps developers build state-of-the-art semantic search, RAG, recommendation systems, and large-scale AI solutions. We are growing our DevRel team and looking for passionate individuals to help shape the future of vector search technology and take care of our community in Berlin.

In Short

• Be the voice of Qdrant within the global developer community.
• Educate, engage, and empower developers through technical content.
• Grow and nurture Qdrant’s developer community through various platforms.
• Create educational resources and improve documentation for new users.
• Represent Qdrant at conferences, webinars, and meetups.
• Collaborate on open-source contributions and gather feedback.
• Act as a bridge between the developer community and the engineering team.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
• Help drive adoption of Qdrant technology.
• Only for candidates located in Berlin.

Requirements

• A background in data science or ML engineering is a MUST.
• Experience in Developer Advocacy or Technical Evangelism.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Hands-on experience with vector search or AI-powered search technologies is a plus.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects.
• Ability to travel occasionally for conferences and events.
