Overview

The Operational Excellence Coach is responsible for leading major Lean and cultural transformations across their customers in the Food & Beverage, CPG and General Manufacturing industries through the implementation of QAD Redzone software and expert level coaching.

In Short

• Leads Lean and cultural transformations for customers.
• Implements QAD Redzone software and provides coaching.
• Works with frontline staff and executives to achieve productivity gains.
• Oversees 5-7 customer engagements simultaneously.
• Facilitates shop-floor Huddles and leadership meetings.
• Tracks performance data and customer improvements.
• Identifies and celebrates customer successes.
• Delivers executive overviews and success assessments.
• Requires travel to customer locations up to 80% of the time.
• Bilingual in English and French is required.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and French.
• Senior Operations Leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in hands-on roles like Operations Manager or CI Manager.
• Knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Technical troubleshooting skills.
• PLC experience is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing operations.
