Overview

The Manufacturing Solutions Consultant at Redzone is responsible for managing pre-sales activities and resource planning while working remotely and traveling across the EU/UK as needed.

In Short

• Manage pre-sales activities and resource planning.
• Travel in the EU/UK up to 75% during peak sales periods.
• Influence prospective customers with onsite support.
• Lead opportunity assessments for prospective customers.
• Create technical scoping documents.
• Generate analyses such as ROIs and cashflows.
• Coordinate RFP/RFQ completion.
• Provide mentorship for account executives.
• Fluency in Italian/Spanish is advantageous.
• Work in a high-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong influencing skills with executives.
• Ability to build relationships quickly.
• High business acumen including budgeting and P&L.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in a second language is a plus.
• BA or BS in relevant fields.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing Operations leadership role.
