Overview

The Manufacturing Solutions Consultant at Redzone is responsible for managing pre-sales activities and resource planning while influencing prospective customers and providing mentorship.

In Short

• Full-time remote position based in the UK.
• Travel required in the EU/UK up to 75% during peak sales periods.
• Influence prospective customers with onsite support and remote overviews.
• Lead opportunity blitzes and assessments for prospective customers.
• Provide mentorship and development for account executives.
• Create technical scoping activities.
• Generate analyses such as ROIs and cashflows.
• Coordinate completion of RFP/RFQs.

Requirements

• Strong ability to influence executives and business owners.
• Ability to create relationships rapidly with prospective customers.
• High business acumen including operations management and CAPEX planning.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and tasks.
• Ability to learn computer-based software.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
