Manufacturing Operations & Macola Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for additional services.

In Short

• Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned accounts.
• Work closely with Sales Consultants for project transitions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation and support.
• Proactively monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
• Analyze customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform business assessment walkthroughs virtually or on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project deliverables.
• Generate reports and analyze data for account performance.
• Assist in the execution of projects demonstrating hands-on expertise.
• Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with Macola ERP.
• Proficiency in Macola ERP and Microsoft Office 365 required.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be open to traveling to customer sites across the U.S. and Canada.
