FTZ Administrator with Implementation Experience - Remote

Overview

QAD is looking for a knowledgeable individual to assist in implementing its Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) software, providing training to new customers and assisting existing customers with their FTZ administration requirements.

In Short

• Remote position requiring residence in the United States or a U.S. territory.
• Administer existing FTZs for QAD clients.
• Prepare and file daily FTZ admissions and entries to CBP.
• Ensure accuracy of FTZ forms and reports.
• Maintain record keeping for FTZ management.
• Interact with Customs and Border Protection as necessary.
• Provide compliance-related services for ongoing FTZ activities.
• Onboard new customer implementation projects.
• Work with customers' compliance and technical teams for training needs.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical engineers during implementation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with FTZs.
• Understanding of FTZ operations and related processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
• Knowledge of logistics and import activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of XML file structure and data validation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
• Experience with programming languages is a plus.
