Overview

The ideal candidate will have expertise administrating Microsoft 365, SaaS applications, hosted on-premises applications, and scripting. This role primarily revolves around the design, implementation, and support of server, and cloud platform environments for various software applications, including but not limited to Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Verint WFM Platform.

In Short

  • Coordinate work between administrators and the Service Desk Manager using Jira.
  • Design, implement, and maintain server and cloud platform environments for new applications.
  • Support and administer application backends both on premise and in the cloud.
  • Manage and support monitoring, scripting, and compliance applications.
  • Act as a liaison with manufacturers and vendors for problem diagnosis and resolution.
  • Perform system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of applications.
  • Review, recommend, and implement system upgrades and patches.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for users' needs and requirements.
  • Participate in client/project meetings for smooth transitions of projects.
  • Resolve problem situations professionally and communicate effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and SaaS applications.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Verint WFM Platform.
  • Strong scripting skills.
  • Ability to manage server and cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in task management tools like Jira.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Experience in system monitoring and administration.
  • Ability to mentor other administrators.
