Mac Experience Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Mac Experience Administrator, based in Hong Kong, will provide frontline support across APAC locations, focusing on Apple endpoint management and engineering. This role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving endpoint issues, workstation setup, JAMF administration, and system integration tasks.

In Short

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for Mac platform administration.
• Install, configure, and support Mac and iPad endpoints.
• Manage and maintain macOS, iOS, JAMF, and related system-level components.
• Set up and configure workstations, applications, and peripherals.
• Create and update knowledge base articles and self-service guides.
• Define and meet service level agreements.
• Research and deploy business and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to propose new services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: Apple Certified Support Professional, JAMF Certified Administrator.
• 3–5 years of experience in macOS systems management.
• Proven expertise in macOS/iOS troubleshooting and support.
• Proficiency in programming languages and shell scripting.
• Experience with Azure, SSO integrations, and identity provisioning.
• Experience with ITSM tools for ticket tracking.
• Solid understanding of Mac OS internals and system integration.
• Knowledge of networking and on-premises IT infrastructure.
