Overview

Welcome to Pyle USA - We’re are the lookout for a caring, thoughtful, and sharp individual to join our Customer Experience team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact with our customers and a key part of ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and helpdesk tools (e.g., Gorgias)
  • Resolve issues efficiently with empathy and clear communication
  • Escalate tickets when needed and follow up on open cases
  • Help maintain internal documentation and update macros or replies as we improve flows
  • Spot and report recurring issues to help improve customer journey

Requirements

  • Strong English speaking and writing skills
  • A caring, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Quick learner, comfortable using online tools and platforms
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
