Lead BMC Helix Developer - Remote

Overview

pureIntegration is seeking a Lead BMC Helix Developer to join our team and engage with customers to create service catalog workflows supporting both manual and automated fulfillment processes.

In Short

• Serve as a primary subject matter expert in the design, development, and operations of service catalog workflows using Developer Studio.
• Workshop with customer business and operations teams to understand requirements of process flows that can be supported through Helix workflows.
• Develop a deep understanding of existing Helix deployment architecture and usage.
• Review, maintain, support, and enhance existing Helix workflows.
• Develop and analyze reports on service desk performance metrics.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions with customer team leadership.
• Participate in customer selection processes for new ITSM tooling.
• Ensure project execution focuses on key customer deliverables.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to support the SDLC.
• Provide guidance and mentoring for junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience developing in BMC Developer Studio.
• 5+ years’ experience with BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
• Prior consulting experience in Enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management frameworks.
• Experience in analyzing complex issues and providing effective solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate and mediate between differing viewpoints.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
