In Short

• Assist in the triage of client problems, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Assess code to create robust API designs and detailed developer plans.
• Write comprehensive product documentation and release notes.
• Test APIs using Postman to ensure functionality and performance.
• Review and analyze product performance using Datadog.
• Create core feature maps for code efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product integration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical product analyst role.
• Strong understanding of API design and development.
• Proficiency in using Postman for API testing.
• Experience with Datadog for performance monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with core banking technology is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of banking core API integration is preferred.
• Self-motivated and driven to solve problems.
