Implementation Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Solutions Consultant will play a pivotal role in leading enterprise implementations and managing customer success for Pulsora, a startup focused on sustainability and ESG solutions.

• Lead enterprise implementations of the Pulsora platform across the EMEA region.
• Analyze customer needs to design and implement effective solutions.
• Manage escalations and provide professional services expertise.
• Guide platform configuration and process improvements.
• Develop product expertise to assist customers effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and collaborate with internal teams.
• Ensure customer success through regular reviews and relationship management.
• Hands-on creation and delivery of POCs and pilots.
• Fluent in German at a native-speaker level is required.
• 5-10 years of technical solutions experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Previous experience in enterprise software implementation or as a technical consultant.
• Technical understanding in DMBA, SQL, BPM, and analytics.
• Proven track record in leading software implementation projects.
• Familiarity with carbon emissions data and reporting standards is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work with offshore teams.
• Must be self-motivated and thrive in a startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
