Overview

As an Account Manager at PulsePoint, you will own the relationship between the company and its clients, serving as the primary point of contact for health media and programmatic campaigns.

In Short

  • Develop, grow, and maintain client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Serve as the point person for all post-sale client requests.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Lead client calls and business reviews on campaign performance.
  • Coordinate monthly billing with clients and internal teams.
  • Understand products and services for upselling opportunities.
  • Provide accurate campaign reporting in line with objectives.
  • Work with Data Analytics for successful reporting delivery.
  • Assist in troubleshooting campaign issues.
  • Work hours: 9am-6pm EST.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Account Management or Media Planning.
  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field.
  • Understanding of interactive media planning and success metrics.
  • Experience with Health and Wellness campaigns is a plus.
  • Passion for customer service and client experience.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Understanding of programmatic market strategies.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data for optimal results.
