Social Media Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Social Media Manager to plan, build, own, and execute our Organic Social strategy while also helping to stand up our Paid Social strategy.

In Short

• Own and grow Pulley’s presence on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Reddit.
• Develop a consistent content calendar.
• Engage with our audience and participate in relevant conversations.
• Collaborate with our content agency for alignment on strategies.
• Experiment with new content formats and analyze performance data.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns.
• Work with marketing and creative teams to test ad strategies.
• Monitor key paid social KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure organic and paid efforts complement each other.
• Contribute to brand awareness and demand generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing organic social media strategy.
• 1+ year of experience managing paid social media strategy.
• Experience building an organic social media program from scratch.
• Deep platform expertise with LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
