Community Manager - Remote

Overview

As the Community Manager for our marketplace division, you’ll play a pivotal role in activating our community to shop for life, family, and liberty, guiding the brand’s messaging and community engagement on relevant social channels.

In Short

• Create and manage content for marketplace social channels.
• Engage the community to address questions and gain insights.
• Solicit testimonials and encourage trial of the marketplace.
• Utilize data and customer feedback to optimize conversion.
• Work with ambassadors and influencers to drive shopping behaviors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, sales, and experience teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience running high-growth consumer-oriented social accounts.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable with research, writing, creating visuals, and tracking progress.
• Ability to connect authentically with customers and partners.
• Always-on approach to seize customer or cultural opportunities.
• Understanding of social media platforms and management tools.
