The Merchandising and Content Strategist will develop compelling merchandising themes and execute content strategies that guide customers toward trial and repeat purchase, while aligning with PublicSquare's values.

  • Collaborate with Creative Director and Community Manager for merchandising themes.
  • Write headlines, descriptions, and design visuals for various channels.
  • Create and manage visual assets using Figma, Adobe, and Canva.
  • Post and manage product content for clear messaging.
  • Optimize site pages for better navigation and conversions.
  • Audit product listings for accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Leverage analytics to assess content performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital content or marketplace curation.
  • Strong visual storytelling and writing skills.
  • Proficiency with Figma and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content structuring best practices.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Analytical mindset to derive insights from data.
  • Collaborative communicator in fast-paced teams.
