Overview

PublicInput is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead our lead acquisition and nurturing strategy, responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

In Short

  • Develop a comprehensive, data-driven demand generation strategy.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using A/B testing.
  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Design and optimize lead nurturing programs using HubSpot.
  • Collaborate on defining and refining the Lead Scoring model.
  • Segment and define audiences for targeted marketing.
  • Proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and measure ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with design software for creating marketing assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred.
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and lead nurturing best practices.
  • Experience managing SEO and SEM programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in marketing to the Public Sector is a plus.
