Overview

The Retail Experience Manager is responsible for enhancing the in-store execution of motorcycle division’s market plans, driving sales and customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with brand standards across assigned territories.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for the motorcycle industry.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work semi-independently.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales preferred.
