Overview

The Strategic Development Manager will work closely with Country Management to support the development and expansion of UK & Ireland operations and assist in the set up of Milestone One.

In Short

  • Communication of recommendations for operational strategy development.
  • Identify and evaluate potential clinical trial sites.
  • Maintain a database of potential and active sites.
  • Develop outreach plans for potential sites.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assess patient enrollment challenges.
  • Analyze patient enrollment for performance improvement.
  • Collect feedback to support feasibility assessments.
  • Participate in scientific conferences and networking events.

Requirements

  • Life Science Degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of on-site experience in clinical research.
  • Experience in clinical site identification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
