The Regional Site Partnership Associate plays a key role in expanding Milestone One’s network of clinical research sites across the United States, combining strategic business understanding with relationship development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; background in Life Sciences is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years in clinical trials or healthcare industry.
• Experience in business development or partnership management.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholders and partners.
• Success in building trust-based relationships.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).
