M365 IT Administrator - Remote

Overview

As an M365 IT Administrator at Milestone One, you will manage and enhance our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring it is secure and compliant with industry standards.

In Short

• Administer Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Support a globally distributed environment focusing on users across the AMER region.
• Ensure the Microsoft 365 environment remains secure and compliant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Work closely with global IT teams managing Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement using Power Platform.
• Maintain documentation on policies and configurations.
• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features.
• Participate in internal IT projects related to M365 modernization.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus).
• Based in South or Central America, able to work 100% remotely.
• 1–5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Logical, analytical, and eager to learn.
