Overview

As an M365 Administrator at Milestone One, you will manage, maintain, and enhance our Microsoft 365 ecosystem to ensure it is secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.

In Short

• Administer Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Support a globally distributed environment with a focus on users across the AMER region.
• Ensure the Microsoft 365 environment remains secure and compliant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on identity management.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement.
• Maintain documentation on policies and configurations.
• Stay updated on Microsoft 365 features.
• Participate in internal IT projects related to M365.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Based in South or Central America.
• 1–5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good communication skills and customer-service mindset.
• Logical and analytical thinking.
