Overview

The Director of Network Strategy is responsible for leading the strategic planning and optimization of Milestone One’s partnership with clinical research sites.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to optimize operations of clinical research sites.
• Responsible for the development of the Operations Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in clinical research site network strategy.
• Proven track record of developing strategic initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with site feasibility assessments.
• Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
