In Short

• Support Cohere’s clinical credibility by deepening relationships with current clients and future clients
• Develop relationships with specialty societies and secure partnerships
• Participate in our Medical Advisory Board (MAB)
• Support ad-hoc client requests with operational MDs
• Engage with health plans medical directors during implementation
• Thought leadership with marketing for content ideation
• Determine provider quality metrics
• Partner with data science to design predictive models
• Leverage technology to improve automation for internal stakeholders
• Develop and write new policies in collaboration with Clinical Content Team

Requirements

• Completed US-based residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Sleep medicine fellowship preferred
• Board certification in Sleep Medicine
• 5+ years of clinical practice beyond residency/fellowship training
• 5+ years experience in managed care or clinical strategy
• MBA or advanced degree in healthcare-related discipline preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides or Microsoft Office
• General understanding of AI/ML
• Strong leadership capabilities
