Overview

The Director, Clinical Network Operations will provide administrative and clinical operations leadership, supporting the clinical vision and direction of Octave, while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, strategy, or people management.
• Experience in behavioral health settings.

• Ability to identify and resolve clinical issues.
• Knowledge of mental healthcare best practices.
• Current clinical license preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel and Tableau.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Passion for mental health and healthcare innovation.
• Experience with remote stakeholder management.
