Overview

The Director of Business Oversight acts as the senior-most point of contact for client communications and escalations, focusing on protecting PSI’s business interests, managing strategic client relationships, and coordinating across departments to resolve issues.

Requirements

• College or university degree required.
• 10+ years of industry experience in clinical research.
• Understanding of commercial and operational aspects of clinical research.
• Experience in an international CRO is a plus.
• Negotiation experience with sponsors preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
