The Director of Business Risk at Fiserv is responsible for overseeing interchange qualification topics related to major credit card networks, managing staff, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of complex billing structures.
• Experience in the banking or payments sectors is ideal.
• In-depth knowledge of Fiserv systems is a plus.
