Responsible for Performance Marketing, especially on TikTok & Meta.
Manage shooting days, coordinating schedules and teams.
Write scripts for video ads & social content focusing on conversion.
Conduct competitor & trend analysis in short-form content & ads.
Monitor & optimize ad accounts (TikTok, Meta, possibly YouTube).
Coordinate organic content with the Creative Lead.
Perform KPI analyses & reporting directly to management.
Performance target: 1,000+ qualified verifications per month with a €10,000 ad budget.
Quality control in the admin panel: review applicants, approve/reject & system monitoring.

Requirements

Proven experience with TikTok & Meta Ads, ideally in performance & short-form content.
Strong creative mentality: understanding what works on social media.
Independent, structured working style with drive.
KPI-focused & analytical thinking: aiming for real results, not just clicks.
Passion for social recruiting, scaling & building efficient funnels.
