Overview

Protegrity is seeking an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead agile transformations and manage complex data security projects in a fast-growing cybersecurity company.

In Short

• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure team alignment.
• Assist in designing and improving SDLC processes.
• Remove impediments to team progress.
• Engage with stakeholders to define priorities and roadmaps.
• Manage end-to-end project cycles for data security products.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports to management.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira and Salesforce.

Requirements

• Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing enterprise-level platforms.
• Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef).
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and time management skills.
