Overview

The Customer Claims Specialist works in a team environment to process Life Insurance claims, providing protection and peace of mind to customers during critical times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of structured customer service/claims experience required.
  • 2 years of Claims experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns.
  • Technological aptitude to adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a desire to help others.
