Overview

As the ProSidian Program Manager for Management and Operations Of Employer Sponsored Work/Life Universal Benefits Account (UBA) Programs (UBA), you will play a crucial role in overseeing a comprehensive suite of services to ensure the seamless operation of Multi-Sector (Industries) UBA Programs.

In Short

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Sponsored Work/Life UBA programs.
  • Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
  • Manage reimbursement structure and subsidy allocation.
  • Provide support to program participants and providers.
  • Develop monitoring mechanisms for program performance.
  • Establish effective communication channels for stakeholders.
  • Manage financial aspects including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Determine eligibility for participation in programs.
  • Assist with application processes for participants.
  • Conduct market research for business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
