In Short

• Participate in recruitment of new CNMs to build the program to 6 Midwives.
• Develop and maintain clinic and call schedule for CNMs.
• Explore the possibility of beginning a centering model of prenatal care.
• Provide educational support for CNMs on the team.
• Attend regular meetings with group physicians and administrators.
• Implement key policies within the midwifery division.
• Conduct regular meetings with the CNM team to ensure best practices.
• Serve as a model for professionalism.

Requirements

• Certification as a Nurse Midwife.
• Experience in midwifery practice.
• Leadership skills and experience.
