Overview

Sentara is hiring a full time and remote LPN Intake Coordinator based out of Chesapeake, VA, responsible for evaluating and processing referrals by responding to incoming calls from referral sources or potential patients.

• Minimum 1 year of clinical and customer service experience preferred.
• Home health experience is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays.
