Overview

The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible for performing a competent level of nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure high standards of practice and professional performance.

Requirements

• RN License in VA, NC, or multi-state.
• Education: RN Diploma, Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree.
• ACLS certification within 1 year for certain specialties.
• PALS or ENPC certification within 1 year for Emergency Care.
• Oncology certification within 6 months for chemotherapy administration.
• NRP certification within 6 months for Women's Care.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to manage a patient caseload effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality care.
