Sales Representative - Real Estate - Remote

Overview

This position involves executing sales strategies, initiating contact with potential customers, and building client relationships to drive new business in the real estate sector.

In Short

• Execute sales strategy and reach sales goals.
• Represent the company at real estate events and trade shows.
• Generate new customers through leads and cold calling.
• Establish and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in office visits.
• Work full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work.
• Base salary plus commission structure.
• No supervisory responsibilities currently required.
• Must be located in Southeast Florida and able to travel.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Requirements

• High School or GED, Required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in real estate sales, especially in due diligence, highly preferred.
• Located in Southeast Florida with travel capability.
