Overview

The Customer Success Manager (Emerging Accounts) is responsible for ensuring that CRE professionals achieve their goals through the Prophia product, focusing on retaining and growing existing accounts.

In Short

  • Provide dedicated support to a book of business of emerging accounts.
  • Develop scalable playbooks and templates for account management.
  • Lead product trainings for new users.
  • Manage renewal conversations to ensure low customer churn.
  • Monitor usage metrics to improve communication and processes.
  • Answer inbound user questions about the Prophia platform.
  • Convey customer feedback to the product team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for solving complex problems.
  • History of improving customer experience processes.
  • Familiarity with commercial leases is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
