The National Studio Success Manager (NSSM) at Pronto Pilates will drive operational excellence, growth, and consistency across the nationwide studio portfolio in the United States.

• Lead and mentor a team of Studio Success Managers (SSMs).
• Ensure operational standards and performance targets are met.
• Develop standardized operational processes for all studios.

Requirements

• 5+ years in multi-unit operations leadership, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and fitness industry trends is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations is preferred.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking experience.
• Ability to lead initiatives for efficiency and member satisfaction.
