Overview

The Billing Tech Support Specialist will serve as a Prompt software expert to customers via email support, playing a critical role in the Client Success Team.

In Short

  • Assist clients via email support channel.
  • Provide weekend technical support coverage.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding RCM and billing software.
  • Triage tickets and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings.
  • Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance product and service features.
  • Work a flexible weekday schedule with weekend shifts.
  • Complete onboarding and training during normal hours for the first 3 months.
  • Be a key contributor within 3-6 months.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Medical billing background required.
  • Experience in clinical development or medical billing operations.
  • Highly analytical mindset with troubleshooting skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Ability to multitask and keep records.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adopt software.
