We are seeking an experienced Service or Operations leader to elevate customer experience and drive operational excellence at a fast-growing U.S.-based company.

In Short

Lead and scale service delivery operations.
Enhance process efficiency and develop high-performing teams.
Execute operational strategy across all service areas.
Manage Client Services, QA, and Billing teams.
Design and optimize workflows and operational playbooks.
Improve key customer experience metrics (CSAT/NPS).
Coach and mentor team leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements

10+ years in Service/Operations Management.
Experience leading large teams (100+ members).
Advanced English for executive communication.
