Overview

At Project Growth, we're expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Recruiter to help us find talented individuals for key roles. This remote position allows you to contribute your expertise to our growing team from anywhere in the world.

In Short

• Screen and assess candidates for various positions, focusing primarily on marketing roles.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess shortlisted candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and interviewers.
• Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews, assignments, and presentations.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Extend job offers and coordinate with HR for a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting for marketing, tech, and general roles.
• Ability to manage the full recruitment life cycle efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with best practices for remote recruitment.
• Capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Native-level English proficiency is a prerequisite.
