In Short

  • Fully Remote position with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and generate new business leads.
  • Use LinkedIn and email communication to prospect and establish connections with potential clients.
  • Set appointments with qualified leads and ensure proper follow-up through email and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure leads are effectively nurtured into booked appointments.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and email to engage with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
  • Measured by the number of meetings booked from cold calls, focusing on consistent performance and efficiency.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach required.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, prospecting, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and ability to conduct outreach through LinkedIn messages effectively.
  • Experience in basic email copywriting to communicate effectively and persuasively with leads.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and nurture leads into scheduled appointments.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of coaching yourself to improve performance and results.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with the sales team to meet goals.
