Customer Sales Representative - Remote

Overview

Floral Image North America is seeking a highly motivated and positive Sales Representative to support the sales effort through selling, retaining, and expanding the customer base.

In Short

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Work with TSM to negotiate pricing and terms of sale.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
• Attend companywide trainings and trade shows.
• This is a fully remote position with 100% travel in the Atlanta area.
• CSRs will be provided with a company vehicle, computer, and cell phone.
• Floral Image offers training and support for the job.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to adapt to various client scenarios.
• Proficient in market research and lead generation.
• Willingness to travel within the Atlanta area.
• Ability to conduct product presentations.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
