Analytical Marketer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking to hire an analytical marketer who has run paid ads on LinkedIn and Meta. In this role, you’ll work underneath a Marketing Manager, focusing on B2B marketing.

In Short

• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta.
• Analyze conversion events using Google Analytics.
• Utilize Google Tag Manager for tracking.
• Work with the creative team to develop assets.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Maintain performance dashboards.
• Dive into CRM for channel attribution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team.
• Provide advice on CRO with landing page designers.
• Help with conversion alongside the lifecycle team.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience with LinkedIn and Meta for B2B.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to create ad creatives and write ad copy.
• Skilled in analyzing campaign metrics.
• Proficient in Google Sheets.
• Knowledgeable in CRM (preferably HubSpot).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Fast-talker preferred.
