Overview

As a Member Care Expert at Progyny Global, you will help members navigate their fertility and family-forming journeys by providing personalized assistance and expert guidance.

In Short

• Provide exceptional support to members throughout their fertility journeys.
• Conduct 1:1 video consultations on fertility, adoption, and surrogacy topics.
• Assist members in identifying the right fertility clinic or service provider.
• Address member inquiries and present tailored solutions.
• Conduct research on country-specific legislation related to fertility.
• Update knowledge databases with the latest healthcare practices.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English and at least one other specified language.
• Part-time position with hybrid work options.

• Prior experience in a customer care role is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in at least one of the following: Arabic, Hebrew, Italian, Korean, French, or German.
• Additional languages are a plus.
