• Experience in managing multi-channel recruitment campaigns.
• Fluency in call center metrics and optimization practices.
• Understanding of clinical trial lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with recruitment technologies like CRM and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
